  4. Ball trunnion-mounted in the body;Stem detachable from the ball and blowout resistance designed;
  5. Double stem seal with outer gasket replaceable when body is under pressure;
  6. Bi-directional(All-tightening) or single-directional (self-relieving ) seats;
  7. Double piston effect seating(Bubble-tight seat seals);
  8. Metal to metal and/or soft ball composite seating;
  9. Emergency seals for stem and seat providing a full-contained sealant injection back-up system;
  10. Double block and DBB;Nickel plating and/or chrome plating for carbon steel trim;
  11. Operating torque transmission system for low operating pure torque;

  1. Reduce bore ball valve have the same fact to face and end to end dimension as full bore ball valve of the same pipe size(indicated by first of the double digits, while the second is the reduced bore size).
  2. Valve size is as same as nominal pipe size.
  3. Dimension (C) of a welding X flanged end valves is once half the sum of dimensions (C) of a welding end and a flanged end valve of the same size and pressure rating.
  4. Dimension and tolerances for flanges conform to ANSI B16.5 or MSS SP-44.
  5. Welding ends conform to the drawing in Fig.434.8.3 A and Fig.923-B in ANSI B31.8.It is up to the purchaser to specify welding end.
